On Site Archery uses a program called Archery Coach Notes to track our club participants and their progress through the USA Archery pin levels. Club participants can register for an account with Archery Coach Notes in order to track personal progress or family progress. For this reason, all archers are asked to provide an email address to On Site Archery.

Step 1: Open ArcheryCoachNotes.com. In the upper right, click on the person icon to open a short menu. If you have previous set up an account, go directly to Log In. If this is your first time accessing the site, click on “Create Account”.

Step 2: Enter the same email address that you provided to On Site Archery as your username/email. If you are not sure which email address is on file with On Site Archery, please check with one of the coaches during club practice. Once you have created your account login, you must click on the link in the activation email sent to your email address.

Step 3: Once you have logged in, there will be a bar at the top of the page. If you have multiple archers associated with the same email address, you will be able to select which archer to review. The page will indicate the Indoor and Outdoor pin levels, scores recorded during pin shoots or tournaments, and the next level pin’s points necessary for achievement.
